Designed by Donovan Hill and completed in 2007, the Cornwell Apartments are an exercise in urban living. A single studio apartment hugs the exterior of the building which houses 5 two bedroom townhouses and a larger 3 bedroom attached house. These townhouses overlook a private courtyard garden which offer respite from the active and lively urban neighbourhood.
